- I am your local conservative spokesman. I live at 58 Magpie Lane on the Aviary estate. I worked for 4½ years on the Velmore Estate. I am very concerned about Community development issues and helped to set up an Aviary and Velmore Community development project and produce community newsletters. This is just insane, how can they be allowed to do this to OUR recreation ground and destroy this really important tree. What is going on in Eastleigh.
