- I am your local conservative spokesman. I live at 58 Magpie Lane on the Aviary estate. I worked for 4½ years on the Velmore Estate. I am very concerned about Community development issues and helped to set up an Aviary and Velmore Community development project and produce community newsletters. Great picture and great vision from an excellent council who had the foresight to create this roundabout.
What a stunning picture. I have heard of Matthew Myatt locally but never had the chance to see his work. What an asset to Eastleigh, lets hope he does not leave and head for the bright lights of London like most of the talent in Eastleigh does. Well Done Matthew.
